Gary Cadet's Biography:
Gary Cadet was born on April 25, 1961 in Saint Marc, Haiti
He completed his secondary education at Philadelphia College
and attended the "Academies Des Beaux Arts" at Port-au-Prince,
Haiti.
His first exhibition was at the french institutions in his
native country. It followed by a presentation at the Saint
Trinity Art Gallery and another at the "Centre d' art Gallery
in 1984.
In 1987 his success continued when he had his first exhibit in Queens, NY.
In 1988, his achievement went on, as he exhibited his new works
at the "Castillo Cultural center" in Manhatten, New York from
May 12th until June 9th 1988; and in 1989, at a Haitian support
community Exhibition. His third exhibition was in May 1991 at
the "Westbury Memorial Public Library" in New York.
In 1994, He moved to Waltham, Ma where his success
still continued to develope. In 1995, Gary's paintings were
exhibited in Wellesley, MA. Soon after, he started his first
cooperated gallery in West Concord, Ma; the gallery was known
as "The Always Art Gallery".
In 1996, Gary had yet another art exhibit in West Concord, Ma,
at the "Always Art Gallery" and in 1997, Gary had his own exhibit
at "Absolute Necessities" displaying every single one of his new
and old paintings. Gary has also taught art classes throughout Waltham,
for example, Gary taught art classes for the disabled at Waltham community.
and once more, in 1998, Gary had another exhibit at the Pierce House,
in the Lincoln Center.
As well as being a very successful artist,
Gary is also a husband and father of two.
